Payments

Ownership & Licensing

Source code ownership and licensing terms are defined in signed agreements. Unless otherwise stated, third-party services and licenses remain subject to their own terms.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during a project private, unless required by law or authorized in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Brandgears is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or interruptions caused by third- party services. Our liability is limited to amounts paid under the applicable agreement.
